Every piece of art is created with care and attention. I want you to love your purchase! However, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled. Unfortunately, there are no exchanges.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact me with your order information.
Please note: unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment used.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the item and its packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution — such as replacement (if possible), or refund. Contact me with:
